Shipping policy

Address Accuracy Requirements:
  • All shipping addresses must pass our address verification system before orders can be processed
  • Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate shipping addresses including apartment/suite numbers, correct zip codes, and any special delivery instructions
  • We reserve the right to contact customers to verify addresses that appear incomplete or invalid
Undeliverable Package Policy:
  • If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will:
    • Contact the customer within 48 hours via email
    • Request address verification and correction
    • Hold future shipments until a verified address is provided
  • Customers have 10 business days to respond with a corrected address
  • If no response is received within 10 business days, the subscription will be paused
Subscription Pause & Resolution:
  • Paused subscriptions due to address issues will remain paused for up to 30 days
  • During the pause period, no charges will occur and no boxes will be shipped
  • If address issues are resolved within 30 days, the subscription will resume and missed boxes will be sent (subject to inventory availability)
  • After 30 days without resolution, subscriptions may be cancelled with remaining prepaid amounts refunded minus a processing fee
Customer Responsibility:
  • Customers must notify us immediately of any address changes
  • Reshipment fees may apply for packages returned due to customer-provided incorrect addresses
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to addresses provided by the customer, even if the address later proves to be incorrect
Refund Policy for Address Issues:
  • For prepaid subscriptions: If cancelled due to unresolvable address issues, remaining months will be refunded minus a $10 processing fee and any boxes already shipped
  • No refunds will be provided for boxes successfully delivered to customer-provided addresses
